For over 27 years, D Logan has been dedicated to building quality homes and developing lifestyle communities people want to live in. Initially employed as a carpenter's apprentice, D soon began working with custom homebuilders all along the Atlantic coast. With a hands-on appreciation for the finest craftsmanship and an expectation for the highest work integrity, D founded Logan Homes in 1986. He has since earned the reputation for exquisite design, attention to detail, superior craftsmanship and commitment to outstanding customer care.

PJ Kelly, VP of Sales & Marketing

With more than 20 years in the construction industry, PJ has the experience of building homes from the ground up. For almost 10 years, he has applied his management skills to building quality homes for Logan Homes. His construction background, attention to detail, and strong communication skills have been essential to overseeing the sales & marketing for the organization. Exceptional service and commitment to the customer have been the foundation of this work ethic.

Mary L. Moore, Controller

Mary has been part of the Logan team for 12 years, helping her brother, D, grow the company from its humble beginnings. Proud to be part of an organization with such high integrity, Mary manages all the Human Resources, Accounting, IT and Finance functions for each of the 12 Logan Developers entities. A coastal Carolina resident for most of her life, Mary has been in the field of accounting for over 25 years.
