60 Day Warranty Requests

Welcome to the Logan Homes online warranty request system. This system has been carefully designed to serve the needs of our new homeowners, simplifying your requests for service and making it easier for you to communicate with our warranty department. Our online warranty system is available 24 hours a day and we hope that you'll find it very user-friendly.

Prior to your scheduled warranty meetings, submit any warrantable items that may require service attention. Your listed items will be forwarded to the attention of our warranty department. In the event that you have any question as to whether an item is covered under your Logan Homes warranty, you should reference the direct link . Please consult the current version of the Logan Homes warranty for full details. (NOTE: The previous version of the warranty applies to any contracts prior to April 1, 2007. Please be sure to consult the applicable version.)

We will contact you approximately two weeks prior to the 60-day anniversary of your closing date to schedule a review of your requests and to set up service dates. Your warranty review meetings will be held with our warranty manager approximately 60 days after closing and 11 months after closing.

Please understand that we will be unable to address items other than emergency needs outside these two scheduled warranty meetings. These predetermined meeting times allow us the opportunity to properly devote all necessary time and attention to you and your home.
