Emergency Warranty Requests

This page is for true emergency requests that require prompt attention. This is limited to items that present a clear and immediate risk of damage to your home or to the occupants of your home. You will see that we have predetermined items that would fall into this category. If you are requesting emergency response on items that are not listed as such, the request will not process. We limit these items in order to properly be able to respond to the special issues.

All efforts should be made on your part first and foremost to prevent possible harm to yourself and all occupants of the home; and secondly, to minimize the degree of damage to the home or your possessions.

Our warranty department will contact you within 2 hours of receiving your request.
