We Make Building Your Dream Home Easy as 1-2-3!

Step 3: Building Your Home

Meet your construction team

  • At the "Pre-start Orientation," your personal field supervisor will meet with you on the homesite to confirm contract documents, verify house placement details and review the building process.
  • The field supervisor will communicate with you weekly on the progress of your new home. You will even have his cell number!
  • The field supervisor will be required to conduct and document quality inspections at critical stages throughout the construction process.

Visit your home under construction

  • At the "Pre-drywall Orientation," you will walk through your home with the field supervisor to ensure construction is progressing to your expectations before the finishing stages of your new home begin.

Get ready to move

  • Our closing coordinator will notify you approximately six to eight weeks prior to completion of your Logan home to begin final preparations.
  • About two weeks before you move into your new home, our closing coordinator will contact you again to schedule a few important dates:
    • First, at the "Pre-occupancy Orientation," we will introduce you to all of your new home's functions and features and make sure you're satisfied.
    • A few days later, at your "Final Settlement," you will receive the keys to your new Logan Home, as well as your homeowner's manual containing thorough care and maintenance guidelines.

Enjoy your new home

  • At Logan Homes we value your trust, so the final settlement is not the last time you will hear from us.
  • After you've enjoyed your new Logan home for approximately 60 days, our warranty manager will arrange a meeting to review any issues. The same process will occur at your one-year anniversary.
  • Because we listen to our customers and continually strive to improve customer satisfaction, a third-party survey company will contact you to evaluate our performance.
  • We appreciate your business and are confident you will want to share the ease and gratification of your building experience with friends and family.
