Currently, we have a need for a Senior Accountant. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a growing company that is committed to a high standard of excellence, professional growth and is passionate about success. This position will be responsible for full cycle accounting through financial statement preparation and reporting for a portfolio of entities, including complex partnership development projects. The successful candidate will also have a thorough working knowledge and understanding of job costing and accounting for construction related projects. This position will also be responsible for establishing budgets, forecasting, and creating proforma projections as well as cash requirements for long term development projects throughout the construction and ownership cycle.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the following:
- 2+ years of senior level accounting experience with a working knowledge and a thorough understanding of job costing preferred.
- Must be able to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed and process oriented
- Strong knowledge of SAGE/Timberline preferred or a comparable fully integrated construction software platform.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and various other Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Understanding and application of financial metrics including, but not limited to, IRR, Return on Cost and Cash On Cash
QUALIFICATIONS

- Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
- Minimum of two years of Construction Industry Accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside of organization.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Ability to work full time in office and be consistent with an 8am-5pm workday, Monday-Friday

Online Sales Consultant
Logan Homes is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Online Sales Consultant to join our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate would leverage their strong communication skills to quickly and consistently connect with potential home buyers and convert them to qualified appointments. The OCS will utilize strong organizational skills to manage the customer relation management system and ensure it is accurate, and best being utilized to drive lead conversion. The OSC role will work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to help drive a successful lead conversion campaign. This role will require the candidate to be a team player willing and able to take on additional responsibilities and tasks to ensure the success of the sales an marketing team.

Responsibilities and Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Use customer-focused sales skills to convert online (and phone) leads from various sources to neighborhood appointments by investigating needs and providing relevant product and neighborhood information
- Tracking and updating of lead data including, but not limited to, contact information, home buying preferences, neighborhoods of interest, marketing sources through CRM software
- Continue to engage and nurture unresponsive leads to appointment and sale conversion in accordance with the Logan Homes process’
- Work with Neighborhood Sales Representatives to follow up on lead appointments and assist in closing and/or problem solving when necessary
- Participate in re-engagement efforts (surveys, e-blasts, phone-a-thons, text-a-thons, etc.) for both leads and stalled neighborhood traffic units to drive incremental sales
- Work with marketing and divisional sales staff to stay up to date on neighborhoods, products, and promotions as well as competition
- Create and update on-going email campaigns to engage leads
- Audit and work with the marketing team to improve the website listings for every neighborhood and product
- Responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining property listings on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) on an as needed basis
- Assist Neighborhood Sales Representatives in identifying and updating accurate LoganHomes.com neighborhood information
- Attend sales meetings and other status calls with sales leadership to review lead feedback and conversion information as needed
- Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with potential customers and home buyers
- Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM experience a plus
- Organizational Skills
- Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Solid understanding of the new home sales and construction process
- Knows how to respond to objections and keep the sales process moving
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Active NC real estate license preferred but not required
Position Requirements:
Sales Experience, lead management, appointment setting, online sales preferred

Ability to work in office three set days a week and work remote on Saturdays and Sundays
