With over three decades of experience, D Logan serves as Owner and President at Logan Homes. He provides intentional guidance and execution of the company’s vision. He is responsible for optimizing the company’s operations and employing strategies to maximize customer, employee, and investor satisfaction.
D is personally responsible for the birth of many of Logan Homes’ successes through his relationship-building, integrity, and passion. He has an incredible track record of achieving superior results and has his mark on numerous notable communities and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast.
Efficacy and efficiency run through his veins. Whether in collared shirts or muddy boots, D’s unique drive ensures success across all Logan Homes endeavors.
D Logan JR
Vice President
D Logan Jr oversees the daily operations of Logan Homes and serves on the Board of Directors. His primary focus is on growing Logan Homes through a wide variety of residential and commercial developments as well as partnership and investment opportunities.
Previously, he led the Logan Homes corporate sales and marketing teams, with a strong focus on relationships, team synergy, and strategic planning. D has a diverse and robust background within the construction and development world, gaining knowledge and experience at nearly every level and department within the company. He has personally managed hundreds of new home builds, on-site new home sales, and has led the team as Director of Sales and Marketing while serving as Broker in Charge of the Realty company.
His boots-on-the-ground experience at all levels has proven invaluable as he works to grow Logan Homes’ future endeavors and lead the Corporate teams. In his free time, D enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, golfing, or just enjoying the outdoors.
Patrick Lennon
Chief Financial Officer
Patrick Lennon is responsible for all financial activities for Logan Homes. In his role as CFO, he has oversight of multiple companies spanning a variety of industries, including land acquisition, residential and commercial construction, and development. Mr. Lennon’s day-to-day activities include managing all banking and capital security relationships, equity management, investment and construction arrangements, and overseeing human resources and daily accounting.
Mr. Lennon brings a unique perspective to his role as the lead financial executive, and his incredible foresight has positioned Logan Homes as a leading competitor in the development industry. His ability to pivot and take on new challenges, combined with his multitasking skills, enables the company to quickly assess and react to potential changes and opportunities within Logan Homes’ real estate portfolios.
As a board member of Logan Homes, Mr. Lennon has been instrumental in cultivating and executing the vision, culture, and growth of the company. He aligns with Logan Homes’ belief that developing strong partnerships is key and emphasizes the importance of having the right team in place to take on any new challenge.
