For nearly four decades Logan Homes has built neighborhoods along this coast, among them The Reserve at Waterford, Compass Pointe, Helms Port, Salters Haven, Saltwater Palms, Sparrows Bend, Beaumont Oaks and Terrapin. The company was founded in 1986 by D. Logan, who started as a carpenter’s helper on homes at Wrightsville Beach and Figure Eight Island, and it still builds to the standards he set.
