Homeowner Spotlight: Bill and Donna Myatt

Bill and Donna are originally from New Jersey, and have lived in the Outer Banks, and Leland, but ultimately decided Sparrows Bend in Hampstead was where they wanted to call “home.” They chose the Greenfield floor plan and loved personalizing their home in our design studio. When asked why they chose Logan Homes, they said “Logan Homes has an excellent reputation and choices at the design studio are outstanding.” 

They love that their home has great storage and closet space and a garage that fits both of their vehicles with ease! 

In their own words, Bill & Donna said their home building process was so easy and that “Communication throughout the entire building process was outstanding with our Field Supervisor, Ben, and Builder Specialist, April. We have previously built other homes with different builders but Logan is outstanding. We can’t say enough about how outstanding the entire building process was from selecting our lot, deciding on the floor plan that we chose, the weekly phone calls received from our supervisor, Ben, along with the walk-throughs that we had before our final closing. The entire Logan staff that we dealt with was excellent!”
