Homeowner Spotlight: Clare Samolis

MEET CLARE SAMOLIS - Enjoying the Coastal Life in her Townhome.

Clare Samolis, is originally from Suffield, CT, decided that St. James Plantation in Southport, NC, was where she wanted to retire after her sister boasted about how it reminded her of “a small New England coastal town.” With the freedom of being able to work from home, she decided that building her dream home was the right choice for her. 

Clare chose our Seagrass townhome floor plan and she loved that she was able to personalize her home in our design studio. By adding craftsman style molding and bead board throughout the home, Clare was able to achieve that coastal feel that she was aiming for. 

When asked why she chose to build with Logan Homes, her response was, “Logan’s reputation for quality, its warranty program, and the friendliness and care shown by the builder specialists.” The things she enjoys most about her Logan home are, “the open concept with high vaulted ceiling, and the sliding doors to the screen porch that make my home feel so spacious."
