Meet Marriea Givens!

Marriea works as a School Counselor and has two children, Rachel and Matthew. She enjoys traveling abroad and CrossFit! When she’s not working or enjoying her new home, she says you might find her at CrossFit or church. Originally from Priesters, South Carolina, she wanted to find a community that fit her family’s lifestyle. She chose The Superior I plan in Osprey Lake, a Logan Homes community nestled between Bluffton, SC and Savannah, GA. Osprey Lake was an easy decision for her because she fell in love with the tranquility and privacy this gated lake-front community offered. 

She was able to get her dream home quickly by choosing one of our move-in-ready homes that perfectly fit her family’s needs. In her new home, she really loves the master suite and dining area the most. She also shared how pleased she was with the home-buying process. “There was excellent communication among warranty department staff and the onsite staff,” she says. 

One of the best perks of her new home? Marriea says one of her favorite things is the lake view she can enjoy right from her bedroom window!
